MiCloud Flex Virtual Compute Environment Maintenance - Reston [#5460] Sep 12, 2025 09:00-11:00 UTC
On Friday, September 12, 2025 @ 5am EST. Mitel will be performing maintenance in the Reston DC, which will affect public network infrastructure. This will be a 2hr maintenance window, which will affect any current VM using a public IP. The VM network affect will be minimal during this maintenance window. We will provide an update when maintenance is completed.
Expected Impact: VM's rebooting and network loss
During this maintenance window, LAN & WAN service will be unavailable on VM's using public IP.
There is no action required. All services will resume as normal at the end of the maintenance window.
