Summary: Engineering will be upgrading the underlying Cisco UCS infrastructure that supports the Cloud and Secure Cloud environments. This proactive maintenance will address several known issues and enable enhanced functionality.
Impact: We expect customer impact to be minimal. However, all maintenances do have an innate risk associated with them. In the event of an unexpected impact engineering will provide updates and further information.
Customer Action: There is no action required. All services will resume as normal at the end of the maintenance window.

Summary: Engineering will be performing vendor released upgrades on the Hytrust application. This preventative maintenance will address several known issues and enable enhanced functionality.

Customer Impact: During this maintenance window Hytrust will be unavailable. Hytrust will be updated to version 10.3.1 during this maintenance window.

Customer Action: After this maintenance customers will be required to update all agents in their environment to 10.3.1 as older agents will not be supported by the new manager.

Justification of the work: We needs to perform an urgent activity as we have been tasked to exit the Broadway DC where some of our equipment is housed. During this work we will open up a live network joint to splice fibres to not pass via the site which will be switched off on the 16th of May. PLEASE NOTE: We do not expect any outage to services mentioned above, but as the joint is being opened and live traffic passing through this joint, we would like to make our customer base aware of this work. As mentioned no outage is expected to the services mentioned above during the work, but should you ascertain that you are experiencing any connection issues post the works window, please contact our technical service desk to investigate the matter.
