Update - We have confirmed that the physical connection between London and Manchester for Virtual1 interconnectivity is operational. This information has been shared with Virtual1 for further investigation, and Mitel is actively collaborating with them.

Update - Mitel have escalated this issue to our Network team and confirmed that we can see internal traffic up to the V1 internal handoff. However, there may be an issue beyond the external V1 WAN handoff, which is outside our visibility.
We recommend escalating this issue to V1 to verify whether there are any WAN connection issues on their end.

Investigating - Mitel engineers are currently investigating degraded performance in both London / Manchester. The issue has been raised as a P1 incident and we are currently investigating.
