Engineering will be performing upgrades on the underlying vSphere infrastructure that supports all Cloud, Secure Cloud and Secure DRaaS services. This latest vendor update to to the virtualization infrastructure provides significant bug fixes and enhancements for all customers currently utilizing these services.

Customer Impact:During this maintenance window, operations to virtual machines via the Secure Cloud Console will be inaccessible. However, all running and protected virtual machines will remain fully operational during the maintenance. Integrated Backups for virtual machines in this environment will also be inoperable during the scheduled time. Customers using Secure DRaaS products may see intermittent site disconnects and will be unable to perform operations on protected virtual machines.

Customer Action:Customers are required to stop all live or test failovers prior to and during during the maintenance. There is no action required. All services will resume as normal at the end of the maintenance window.
