Scheduled Maintenance

MiCloud Flex Virtual Compute Environment Maintenance - London Apr 21, 2026 02:00-08:00 UTC

11:11 Engineering will be upgrading the vCloud Director infrastructure supporting the
11:11 Cloud and 11:11 Secure Cloud environment. This latest vendor update incorporates significant bug fixes and enhancements for all customers currently utilizing this service.


Expected Impact:

During this maintenance window, operations to virtual machines via the Secure Cloud Console will be inaccessible. However, all running and protected virtual machines will remain fully operational during the maintenance. Integrated Backups for virtual machines in this environment will also be inoperable during the scheduled time. Customers using 11:11 Secure DRaaS products may see intermittent site disconnects and will be unable to perform operations on protected virtual machines.

Customers running failover tests are required to stop those tests prior to the maintenance and will be unable to run failover tests until the maintenance has been completed. Any scheduled backup jobs that are scheduled during the maintenance window could show as failed, but will resume and complete upon next scheduled backup window.

No additional action is required. All services will resume as normal at the end of the maintenance window.

Scheduled - As part of on-going maintenance, Mitel Engineering will be performing infrastructure maintenance in the London and Manchester data centers. During this time, intermittent synchronization interruptions between primary and secondary systems may occur.
Partners are advised to perform a manual synchronization between the primary and secondary MiVBs once the maintenance is completed.

Expected Impact:

This will intermittently impact only the synchronization between London and Manchester for Customers using resilient configurations. No impact to live voice calls or Primary system connectivity from Customer sites.

Service(s) Affected:

MBG and MiVB Resilient heartbeats and redundant server connectivity between Data Centers.
