*Time Zone: Central European Time (CET) = GMT + 1 hour Central European Summer Time (CEST) = GMT + 2 hours Justification of the work: We are required to relocate and divert our cables and network route at Martelaarslaan in Ghent, Belgium, due to road and sewer construction works being done by the local municipal civil authorities. The existing network is at risk of major faults and damage if it remains in Situ. The work schedule has been provided by the local civil authorities, and if we do not carry it out, our cables shall be permanently damaged resulting in disruption to your service. Our engineers will cut, then move the cable, and re-splice the fibres. As the cable will be cut and have to be moved, there is no back-out plan for this work. The mentioned outage duration is a best estimation for the work at hand, but should you ascertain that you are experiencing any prolonged connection issues exceeding this during the works, please contact our technical service desk to investigate the matter https://www.colt.net/support/. Please note: This is a mandatory work which can unfortunately not be rescheduled and due to health and safety requirements, it has been raised during daylight hours.

Summary: Engineering will be upgrading the underlying Cisco UCS infrastructure that supports the Cloud and Secure Cloud environments. This proactive maintenance will address several known issues and enable enhanced functionality.
Impact: We expect customer impact to be minimal. However, all maintenances do have an innate risk associated with them. In the event of an unexpected impact engineering will provide updates and further information.
Customer Action: There is no action required. All services will resume as normal at the end of the maintenance window.
