Summary: Engineering will be upgrading the underlying Cisco UCS infrastructure that supports the Cloud and Secure Cloud environments. This proactive maintenance will address several known issues and enable enhanced functionality. Impact: We expect customer impact to be minimal. However, all maintenances do have an innate risk associated with them. In the event of an unexpected impact engineering will provide updates and further information. Customer Action: There is no action required. All services will resume as normal at the end of the maintenance window.
