Summary: Engineering will be performing an emergency Software maintenance for a Hardware upgrade on the Secure DRaaS with Zerto infrastructure in the Singapore datacenter.
Customer Impact:During this maintenance, modifications to VPG configurations and failover activities could be unavailable. Customers may see errors across their VPGs for the duration of this maintenance.
If we identify any persistent VPG errors, a support ticket will be created on your behalf and our teams will begin investigating along with providing any additional steps that might be needed.
Customer Action:No customer action is expected. All services will resume automatically upon completion of this maintenance. If any additional actions are needed, it will be communicated within the support ticket.
