Purpose of Maintenance:
The network device your service terminates on requires a software upgrade to resolve software bugs and maintain ongoing vendor support. This software version upgrade requires the device to be fully wiped and a new image to be downloaded and installed. The process can take up to 3 hours. Pre-implementation checks are conducted prior to commencing the maintenance. The remaining maintenance window is utilised for post-checks and rollback if required. Please expect the maintenance and impact to commence within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. Vendor will only delay the start time due to unexpected circumstances that may affect successfully upgrading the device.
Impacted Service(s): Up to 3 hours of downtime during the 4-hour maintenance window
