Scheduled
colt are required to perform a maintenance on our circuit delivering Virtual1 data services into the Mitel Mancheter DC.

We need to perform a maintenance work to eliminate a risk to service availability due to an optical degradation being monitored by Colt NOC on a long distance network device located at Hunslet Road, Leeds, United Kingdom . Services are at risk of service failure if the issue is not attended to as soon as possible. Colt 3rd support concluded their investigation and advised for an activity to recalibrate the link and check amplifiers to resolve the matter. The maintenance should be completed during the first 5 hours, but a 6 hour window is quoted to cover all eventualities.



Back-out plan: 60 minutes of the maintenance window is reserved to revert any changes one should we experience any unforeseen issues during the works.

This circuit delivers back up connection for Customers using Virtual connectivity into Manchester
Customers using Virtual1 as a data services provider may see Cluster disconnect alarms if they have deployments in both London/Manchester.
