As parts of on-going maintenance, Engineering will be performing upgrade the vCloud Director infrastructure supporting the 11:11 Cloud and 11:11 Secure Cloud environments. This latest vendor update incorporates significant bug fixes and enhancements for all customers currently utilizing this service.
Expected Impact:
During this maintenance window, operations to virtual machines via the Secure Cloud Console will be inaccessible.
Customer Action: Customers running failover tests are required to stop those tests prior to the maintenance and will be unable to run failover tests until the maintenance has been completed. Any scheduled backup jobs that are scheduled during the maintenance window could show as failed, but will resume and complete upon next scheduled backup window.
