As part of on-going maintenance, Mitel Engineering will be performing infrastructure maintenance in the London and Manchester data centers. During this time, intermittent synchronization interruptions between primary and secondary systems may occur. Partners are advised to perform a manual synchronization between the primary and secondary MiVBs once the maintenance is completed.
Expected Impact:
This will intermittently impact only the synchronization between London and Manchester for Customers using resilient configurations. No impact to live voice calls or Primary system connectivity from Customer sites.
Service(s) Affected:
MBG and MiVB Resilient heartbeats and redundant server connectivity between Data Centers.
