Planned works are scheduled for:
Start Date & Time: 29/09/2023 21:00 End Date & Time: 30/09/2023 01:00 Outage Duration: 0 hours 30 minutes **All times listed are UK Local Time**
Justification of the work: Vendor need to perform a maintenance work to replace damage joint within network in London and network for optimization purposes. The joint is severely damaged and whilst customer services are stable at the moment, they are at risk of failure should the cable be disturbed.
PLEASE NOTE: If all goes to plan, there should be No Service Outage during the work, but as the joint will be opened, if a fiber is disturbed, customer services may experience flapping for 20-30 minutes during the maintenance window, but this is not expected.
The mentioned outage duration is a best estimation for the work at hand, but should you ascertain that you are experiencing any prolonged connection issues exceeding this during the works
