Summary: Engineering will be performing upgrades on the Cloud and Secure Cloud Integrated Backups service infrastructure. This latest vendor update to the backup infrastructure provides significant bug fixes and enhancements for all customers currently utilizing this service
Customer Impact: will be performing this upgrade outside of the daily backup windows, no backup jobs should be missed during this maintenance.
Customer Action:There is no action required. All services will resume as normal at the end of the maintenance window.
